Warranties and Return Policies

  1. Surpius LLC offers a exclusive 30 Day warranty on all NON-SPECIAL-ORDER products bought on our own website. MONEY BACK WARRANTY OR REPLACEMENT item at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the actual shipping cost that was charged to Surpius LLC for the shipment to the customer and back to Surpius LLC and a 20% restocking fee is charged. Refunds are issued once Surpius LLC receives the item back and evaluates it for defects. If any defects are found the return may not be approved and Surpius LLC will contact the customer for further details.
  2. Items Bought On 3rd Party Sites: 14 Day warranty on all products bought through third party websites like Ebay, Amazon, & etc… . This includes a MONEY BACK WARRANTY OR REPLACEMENT item at our discretion. A 20% restocking fee is charged. Refunds are issued once Surpius LLC receives the item back and evaluates it for defects. If any defects are found the return may not be approved and Surpius LLC will contact the customer for further details.
  3. If your item has a Warranty or Tamper Seal these items are NOT COVERED by any warranty or return policy and are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable if the seal has been removed or tampered with. If the seal is a Non-Returnable seal and the item has been opened then this item is Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.
  4. All Special Order Codes are Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable, or Non-Refundable Items. Once we receive your payment we will have the Source ship it to us so we can inspect the item to be 100% correct. We will then ship the item to you. There is usually a lead time on Special Order Items. Please contact us for these lead times. **If you are ordering a part for a machine or assembly. Sometimes the manufacturer may have upgraded the part or changed the part out with a similar one with the same specifications.You may receive that new upgraded part instead of the prior dated part. These parts may differ in appearance but will have the same fully functional specifications as before and will be the same Manufacturer’s Part Number (MPN) or Manufactures New Part Number (MPN) for your unit. If you need a specific version or revision please contact us first so we can get you that specific part.)
  5. If a customer would like to make a return then they need to contact Surpius first for a RMA and to get approval. If a customer returns a order without a RMA , the package will be held at Surpius LLC for up to a maximum of 30 days and the following needs to happen:

 

5.1 If the package contained Special Order Items then the Customer will have to contact Surpius LLC to do the following:

~ Make an additional shipping payment to reship the package back to the customer.
~ If the Customer does not contact us and does not make the additional shipment payment within 30 days then the package becomes property of Surpius LLC to do with it what Surpius LLC sees fit. Surpius LLC does not have to refund the customer at all.

5.2 If the package does NOT contain Special Order Items then the Customer will have to contact Surpius LLC to do the following:

~ Let Surpius LLC know that you do not want the item. The customer is responsible for the actual shipping cost that was charged to Surpius LLC for the shipment to the customer and back to Surpius LLC and a 20% restocking fee.
~ If the Customer does not contact us within 30 days then the package becomes property of Surpius LLC to do with it what Surpius LLC sees fit. Surpius LLC does not have to refund the customer at all.

Surpius LLC is not an authorized dealer of any brands and do not endorse any brands. For any manufacturer warranties you would need to contact the brands manufacture for coverage details.
